Tigers vs Hilltoppers Rant

#1 LSU vs. the best team in the state of Kentucky...
LSU vs. Western Kentucky
It's Homecoming!!
It's finally a nightgame!! 6:00 PM
It's SATURDAY NIGHT in DEATH VALLEY!!!
WKU
5-4 WKU brings in a 5 game win streak into Tiger Stadiume with losses against KY, Navy, Indiana State, Arky State amongst other powerhouses. They have beaten Mid Tenn State, FAU, FIU, ULL and ULM....to shake things up in SunBelt play. WKU brings in a disturbing looking Mascot and one of the leading rushers in the nation in Bobby Rainey... Of course do any of those defenses listed above scare you? I take back the best team in the Kentucky reference... I see they lost to KY by a score of 14-3. (like Bama couldn't find the endzone against an SEC defense I guess even if it was the Kentucky Mildcats)....
Random Shot at Bama: I know this is the WKU rant... But what does LSU and the Moon have in common?
Answer: They both control the Tide!!
LSU
LSU has the chance to go 10-0 for the first time in 50 years this weekend. Les Miles has a chance to get his 100th career win as a Head Coach. Jarrett Lee has a chance to prove that he is a good QB. The Tiger Offense has a chance to show the nation that other than against Alabama...offensive firepower does exist. WKU gets to prove that they have not a chance against the top ranked Tiger Defense!!
What's going to happen?
No letdown, no slow start, no funk... this Tiger Team is on a mission. 41 point favorites, at Home, Death Valley, Saturday night!!! Honey Badger will re-discover that he takes what he wants, Ware and Ford re-discover the endzone. Lee and JJ show that together the wonder-twins make up the best complete QB in the SEC. 5 games remaining for the ultimate prize... mark this one down.. over early!! TIGERS!!!
LSU 54
Hillstoppers 3
GEAUX TIGERS!!!
The time is now 5:51 ... or as it is called in Alabama - 9 to 6 ....

Ole' Misery is now Nutt-less
Office of the Chancellor
University, MS 38677-1848
Dear Ole Miss Family and Friends,
As you know, Ole Miss is dedicated to excellence in everything we do. Recently, our football team has not lived up to that expectation. With much thought and consideration, Athletics Director (AD) Pete Boone and I have decided that it is time for a head coaching change for our Rebel football team. We have high standards for all our athletics programs, and that level of competitiveness is not being reached on the football field.
As part of this decision, Pete has decided to announce his decision to step down as AD. Over the past year, Pete and I have discussed what would happen if a head coaching change might be needed. Pete felt that he would not be the right leader to oversee the process of hiring the next coach. I admired his honesty, and now I admire his respect for doing what he feels is right for the University as a whole.
Coach Nutt will complete the season, and Pete will serve as Athletics Director until a successor is hired sometime in 2012.
Furthermore, we have established a committee and a process to choose the next head coach. The committee will have five members, with representatives from the faculty, the athletics committee, the alumni and the M club. The University will be in good hands as our co-chairs will be football great Archie Manning and FedEx Executive Vice President and longstanding alumni leader Mike Glenn. The other positions on the committee have not been appointed, but they will be announced as soon as decisions are finalized.
The process to hire our next AD will also be led by a committee co-chaired by Archie Manning and Mike Glenn. Additional committee members, as well as the timetable for the search, have not yet been determined. I will, of course, keep you apprised of developments.
Your continued support of our University is critical to our success. I also promise continued dedication to excellence, including wins on the football field. I look forward to moving into the next chapter of the storied history of Ole Miss.
Sincerely,
Dan Jones, M.D.

9-6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A brief review of what happened.....
Yes I got the score wrong...but if I use the Bama scoring method (they claim to have left 27 points on the field)... I could come up with some method to get back to my original prediction.
But since I don't feel like using Gump logic... I'll go with TIGERS WIN 9-6!!!
Our 'idiot coach' has outcoached the second coming of The Bear two years in a row!!!
TAKE THAT TiyyDDe!!

GAME OF THE CENTURY!
THE BAMA GAME!
THE BAMA GAME!
SHOWDOWN – LES vs. Lil Nicky!!!
Wow!!!
Okay I can’t stand it… this buildup has been so very intense. Saturday night… all the talking will be done…the game shall begin!!!
BAMA
You know who coaches em, you know that Trent Richardson is a Heisman Candidate, You know the Refs love em, You know the media loves em, you know their QB is in for a beating, You know that Seaweed and Elephants do not make a scary mascot, you know that the BEAR is DEAD, you know that you hate Alabama (How’s that for the proper use of “You Know”…not as the pause for a sentence during the typical Trent Richardson interview), You know that the Golden Band from Tigerland is much better than the $$$MillionDollar Band from Cheatin' Land$$$$$!!
LSU
Les Miles is 2-2 against lil Nicky, Les Miles is scary good after an open date, (Nick is not), John Chavis’ defense is SCARY GOOD!! The Herbal Badger is back!! BeWare of our running backs!!!
and Randle leads the SEC in catches...
and Randle leads the SEC in catches...
What’s going to happen?
How do you beat a cheating referee assisted team? You beat them badly; you don’t give them the opportunity to keep it close with a suspect call. LSU is a DAMN Strong Football Team. Bama is the same Team LSU BEAT LAST YEAR but without that QB and Heisman RB. Odell and Randle burn Lil Nicky’s defense prior to him throwing them under the bus in the post game press conference…. BEAT BAMA!! JJ and LEE and MINGO!! And …the list goes on… this team has talent and this is ARMAGEDDON!
LSU 31
Alabama 14
GEAUX TIGERS!!!!
BAMA...BAMA...BAMA WON'T BITE MY ASS!!!!

Tigers vs. War Chickens 2011

#1 LSU vs #20 Allbarn
REVENGE!!!
If you thought this bit of revenge would go up in smoke (pun intended)...Think Again!!
One mighty large blemish on last year's slate courtesy of the the $200,000 man Cam Newton is about to be avenged...seven fold!!
I'm sure you share my distaste for the Plainsman/Tiger/War Eagle/$$$$ from the plains of Bama.... Even though Tuberville, and Bowden, and Pat Dye are all gone the dislike remains at an all time high. This classy bunch just needs to be beaten...and beaten badly this saturday. Stew on this pregame ....Cigar Game, Dancing on the Eye, fighting with the Golden Band from Tigerland, Cheaters, Refgate 2004, Refgate 2006, Auburn 2010 National Champions.... Purple and Gold blood boiling yet???? Great...channel your inner Tiger and bring it Saturday!!!
All-barn
Auburn enters Tiger Stadium saturday with 3rd year coach Gene Chizick (the luckiest man alive)... I mean it's amazing how he has this losing record as a Coach and magically recruites sCam Newton to play for one year and win a National Championship... well the LUCK and the bank account have run out.... Auburn enters this game with two losses, a sophomore QB in Clint Mosely making his first start in like EVER ... in Tiger Stadium no less...and without last year's defense and without two of this year's starting wide receivers..... confused mascot, confused QB meet Tiger Stadium!
THE REAL TIGERS!!!
Synthetic what? Seriously what? Okay suspensions aside,... what this team lacks in common sense some times they make up with superior talent and depth. Defense shall not skip a beat!! Ford and Blue fill in fine and the running game continues to shine. The Hat means business!!! Chavis does a little rearranging of the toolbox and the results will be what you Tiger fans expect!!.... another Victory!! Early!! Do not adjust your eye those are Tigers in White Helmets....
What's gonna happen?
Mosely will not fare so well in Death Valley. Mo Claiborne and Mingo ("A Mingo Ate my Baby!") will make short order of Mosely and Dwyer. Odell will fill in quite well on the punt returns ...and he'll have plenty of opportunities since that is all Auburn will be doing. Lot of JJ...More TD passes by the General and beware of the Wing!!
TIGERS 49
War Chickens 3

Quote of the day...
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
“It couldn’t get any better. It’s the No. 1 team in the country. It’s Death Valley. Yeah, it’s a little nerve racking, but at the same time how could you draw it up better? That’s just the most dramatic situation you can think of. That’s just awesome.”
---Auburn sophomore quarterback Clint Moseley, who will start the first game of his college career Saturday at LSU. LSU will be facing its third new starter of a season in as many weeks. The previous two did not fare well.
