Beat Bama Rant...
Not much to say that hasn't already been said...this build up began the morning of the Sugar Bowl when Nicky went from annoying to hated. Here me out... I appreciate the NC in 2003 but it's the other stuff that still sticks with me:
- The loss to UAB
- The loss to Ole Miss in 2001
- The loss to Ron Frickin Zook in the NC year. Had this not happened we never would have to hear about the split NC chit with USC
- The interview with the Bears the day after the NC game
- The last second loss to Arkansas in 2002 keeping LSU out of the SEC Championship game
- Keeping Mauck in the game against UF in 2002 while up by 3 touchdowns and getting him injured and pretty much tanking that season because of it
- Not realizing that Davey was the better QB than that Booty kid ...that was a no brainer
- The constant rumors of NFL jobs while he was here
- Quiting on Christmas Day
- Staying to coach the Crapital One Bowl and blowing the game on the last play...then blaming the players
- Losing to Auburn in 2004
- Taking the Dolphins Job
- Recommending Houston Nutt to Replace him at LSU
- Leaving the Dolphins
- Taking the BAMA Job
- Taking credit for the Sugar Bowl win...aight...

Bear Bryant is Dead, Dreamland Ribs suck, you're paying the contracts of three, yes three former coaches (It's Rollin' Baby!!), Auburn is better, your stadium is boring, you paid $4 million dollars for a coach that has lost at least 3 games a year (except his NC year) while at LSU, multiple years of cheating, Joe Namath is a drunk and never attended class, Bear Bryant is still dead, and you will lose to LSU this week, The Fighting Crooms the week after and then to Auburn. ....see what $4 million gets you. DELUSIONAL!!!

The patient is emotionally over-invested in the idea and it overwhelms other elements of his psyche (psychology).
The delusion, if acted out, often leads to behaviors which are abnormal and/or out of character, although perhaps understandable in the light of the delusional beliefs.
Individuals who know the patient will observe that his belief and behavior are uncharacteristic and alien.
